ARC Supply uses a password protection scheme to secure any names and addresses provided by visitors who choose to register on this site.

Visitors to this site are allowed to provide ARC Supply with their name, address and comments. Providing this information is strictly optional. Visitors are in no way obligated to do so. If the name and address is provided then the person providing this information must also provide a secret password. Only the person knowing this confidential password may ever view or change this information during the site visit or any future visit to this site.

Names and addresses that are provided by visitors are stored in a database. This database is not at the same location on the server as this web site. Furthermore, security on the database is set so that only the Internet servers (serving web pages) and technical personel who are given systems administrator capabilities can ever view or access the database. Finally, the security on this database is set so that no Internet visitors may access it.

If the visitor providing the information also provides an email address then an email is sent thanking the visitor. An email will also be sent to ARC Supply with the registration information.

Transmission of both emails is not secure. This site allows visitors to pay for items ordered using a credit card.

This site processes all credit card transactions using a two secure transfers of a visitor’s credit card number, name and expiration data.

First when a visitor submits an order containing credit card information, a secure connection and transfer of these data is made to BusinessOL.com’s secure server. The transfer is made using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Then BusinessOL.com’s secure server immediately retransmits this information in a secure email to ARC Supply.

A visitor’s credit card number, name, and expiration date are NEVER stored or retained anywhere or in any fashion on BusinessOL.com’s servers.

Anonymous Information - ARC Supply will track visitor activity to our site using IP addresses and set temporary cookies to track user sessions. This data helps us keep track of the number of visitors and help facilitate the dynamic nature of our site. Registration Information - If a visitor to our site fills out the Registration form, this information will be used to process any orders, or initiate contact with ARC Supply only. The registrant has the choice of being added to email or postal mailing lists but is not required to do so. No one outside of ARC Supply will ever have access to your personal information.

Registration information is stored in a database on a secure server. The database is password protected and is only accessible by ARC Supply's servers and authorized personnel of ARC Supply.

Order Information - If a visitor orders something from this site, the order information will be used solely to process the order. No one outside of ARC Supply will ever have access to the order information.
