RETURN POLICY

We realize that when ordering by mail sometimes items do not fit or for some reason the customer decides they do not want the merchandise.
ARC Supply will accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be made within FIVE (5) days from invoice date.
Must have return authorization.
Items must be in original package.
Credit will be given for merchandise only.
NO RETURNS ON COSTUMES PURCHASED BETWEEN OCTOBER 17 AND NOVEMBER 5.
